What kinds of products do you offer?

We offer t-shirts for nurses. Our products are of good quality, such as, Gildan and Bella+Canvas and we test designs to ensure that you will be satisfied with the quality. All products go through a quality check process prior to shipment. 

Will my shipping be free?

Standard shipping is free for a limited time. Express shipping is also free at this time with coupon code FREESHIP. Please check back for future offers. 

Care instructions

Use a mild detergent, no fabric softeners. Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with similar colors. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing in addition to the shipping time. 

We ship worldwide. We offer fast standard delivery in 2-5 business days and express delivery in 1-3 days.

A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped. 

What if I need to return an item?

We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. We do an extensive check on all products prior to shipment, however if you should receive any misprinted, damaged or defective items, please contact us within 7 days. Any requests for the exchange of misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. Please utilize the measurements that are listed with each item to ensure proper size selection. What if my items were not delivered?

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@teezbytee.com as soon as possible; no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

If the item was lost in transit and your address was correct, we will reprint and resend your package. You will receive a tracking number once your item(s) are shipped. 

If an incorrect address was entered upon ordering or the package was unclaimed, the shipment will be returned to us and a reshipment fee will need to be paid by the customer. This fee is only inclusive of the charges by the shipment company. Please ensure that you track your order and/or claim packages at the appropriate shipment facility. A tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped.
